How Clynix Works
Getting care with Clynix is simple, efficient and designed around your life.
Patients begin by scheduling an online appointment through our secure booking platform. Virtual visits are conducted by licensed medical providers using HIPAA-compliant technology, allowing you to receive professional care from the comfort of home or wherever you are.
During your visit, your provider will assess your symptoms, review your medical history and determine the appropriate next steps. When testing is needed, Clynix offers multiple diagnostic pathways - including in-office or mobile point-of-care testing and advanced laboratory testing through trusted reference laboratory partners.
One results are available, your provider reviews them with you, explains what they mean and outlines a clear plan of care. This may include treatment recommendations, prescriptions sent electronically to your pharmacy, referrals or follow-up visits as needed.

Insurance coverage may vary by service, provider and diagnostic testing requirements when available. Our team verifies eligibility whenever possible and clearly communicates coverage details, potential copays, deductibles or self pay options prior to to services being rendered.
For diagnostic testing, coverage may differ between in-office or point-of-care testing and laboratory services sent to external reference labs. When advanced testing is required, claims may be processed separately by partner laboratories in accordance with your insurance plan.
For patients without insurance or those seeking services not covered by their plan, Clynix offers transparent self-pay options designed to keep care straightforward and affordable.
